2016 Friendship Festival
Fireworks explode behind a C-130 Hercules at the 2016 Friendship Festival at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Sept. 18, 2016. Ten of thousands visitors attended the festival designed to bolster the bi-lateral relationship shared between the United States and Japan.
