Staff Sgt. Quintin Robinson, 374th Civil Engineer Squadron electrician, coils an electrical cord used during the 2016 Japanese-American Friendship Festival at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Sept. 18, 2016. Thousands of feet of electrical cords were used to power vendor stands during the festival; the 374 CES engineer shop installs the cords before the festival and removes them the closing night.
