U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Kevin Ramos, 374th Security Forces Squadron patrolman, reports a situation to the SFS base defense operations center during a simulated mass casualty exercise in a Samurai Readiness Inspection at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Oct. 26, 2021. A scenario, where a simulated vehicle explosion is caused by missile strike, was designed to the first responder’s skills in the event of a similar real-world incident.
