PACAF commander visits Japan's Air Defense Command HQ

Ken Wilsbach, Pacific Air Forces commander, participates in an office call with Japan Air Self-Defense Force leadership during an annual site tour of U.S. Air Force and allied commands at Yokota Air Base, Nov. 1, 2021. Wilsbach’s attendance represents synchronizing joint partner efforts across various domains within the Indo-Pacific region. The U.S. – Japan alliance’s mission is to ensure a free and open Indo-Pacific, and is postured as a ready and lethal combination of forces to deter any adversary aggression that threatens that peace.
