Mizuho Town Library re-opens, recognizes Yokota partnership
Hiroyuki Sugiura, Mizuho town mayor, along with local school students and other guests of honor, prepare to cut the opening ribbon during a re-opening ceremony of the Mizuho town library, Japan, Mar. 21, 2022. The aging Mizuho library began renovations in 2019 to modernize its facilities and offerings, taking input and donations from multiple sources to include Yokota Air Base.
