Republic of Korea Special Warfare Command Soldiers assigned the 13th Special Mission Brigade board a U.S. Air Force C-130J Super Hercules assigned to the 36th Airlift Squadron, Yokota Air Base, Japan, prior to it taking off from Seoul Air Base, ROK, for Freedom Flag 24-1 static-line Airborne training, Nov. 1, 2024. Freedom Flag 24-1, held Oct. 21 – Nov. 1, is a combined ROK and U.S. Air Force flying training exercise which incorporated advanced, high-end training for several U.S. and ROK joint forces.
