374 OSS upgrades aircrew oxygen masks; enhances standardization
An MBU-20/P oxygen mask, left, and an MBU-20/P oxygen mask lay on a work desk at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Jan. 28, 2025. AFE mandated all C-130J Super Hercules aircrew and operational support flyers transition to the MBU-20/P, replacing the outgoing MBU-12/P. The transition enhances standardization, fleet-wide uniformity and reduces cost while providing an optimal fit for aircrew members. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Spencer Tobler)
