U.S. Air Force Col. Brett Cochran, 374th Airlift Wing deputy commander, prepares a C-130J Super Hercules assigned to the 36th Airlift Squadron for his final flight at Yokota Air Base, Japan, March 12, 2025. This is Cochran’s second tour at Yokota, with the first between 2009-2012, where he served as a C-130H Hercules instructor pilot and chief of command post.
