U.S., Japan conduct joint airborne operations during Airborne 26
Japan Ground Self-Defense Force’s containerized delivery system bundles drop from a U.S. Air Force C-130J Super Hercules assigned to the 36th Airlift Squadron at JGSDF East Fuji Maneuver Area, Japan, March 4, 2026, during Airborne 26. Four U.S. Air Force C-130J aircraft delivered 48 CDS bundles in support of aerial resupply operations.
