YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Staff Sgt. Andrew Schloemer (right), 459th Airlift Squadron flight engineer, attaches a 459AS patch on Col. Otto Feather (left), 374th Airlift Wing commander, during Colonel Feather's final flight at Yokota Air Base, Japan, March 15, 2012. Known as the "fini flight," military aviators have a tradition where after completion of their final flight, aircrew members are met and hosed down with water by their squadron comrades, family and friends.
